WAG June 11-15, 2012

June 10, 2012
Dear BCS Families,
The last week of school? Really? Time flies when you are having fun. Enjoy this busy week, it will be the last of the 2011-12 school year.  Remember, the school bells may stop by the learning does not!
I had the privilege to spend the morning last week with a very intelligent, professional principal!  Ms. Stubbs served as your principal since she won the Blast principal for the day at the silent auction.  I asked her to write the W.A.G. this week...after spending the day with her, I believe my job is in jeopardy!
Finishing strong,
Adam
My name is S. Stubbs, my parents won the half a day principal from the Blast! I have had so much fun! If you were wondering “If I sign my child up for this what would he or she do is it worth it?” Yes it is worth it because you get to meet a ton of teachers that you might have never met, like the computer people and more. You get to go around the school seeing if anybody is doing anything bad you can even do the announcements for choice hour or more, you get to deliver stuff to people, you can do pretty much whatever you want! I have a lot of fun being the half day principal. They also take you out for lunch! I recommend you buying the Half a Day Principal next year or you can even buy the full day principal from the Blast!!! :)

May 28-June 1, 2012 WAG Post

May 28, 2012
Dear BCS Families,
I hope all of you enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend.  I know many of our students talked about heading north or going to the beach.  Today turned out to be a great day to do just that.  As the weather gets warmer and the end of the school year comes to a close, it can be difficult to keep our focus.  Finishing strong is the key to a successful year.  There are many activities coming up including move up day where our students meet next year’s teachers and spend time in their classrooms.  This day is always exciting especially for our upcoming third graders.  Please join us in welcoming our new families as they begin their BCS adventure!  Many new families receive this newsletter and have already started following BCS on twitter and facebook.  As the new families join us, I would like to say how I, and the rest of BCS, have thoroughly enjoyed our 8th grade families leaving us in June.  Please know our doors are always open.  Good luck and thank you for the memories!
Sincerely,
Adam
